For Tahoe Blue Tours, visual impact was important, so we started with a design that featured a unique and eye-catching rotating "slideshow" background. The Wordpress blog category listing pages were modified to display each post as a self contained visual block, complete with it's own slideshow of images. This allowed for easy user navigation of the various adventure blocks, as well as the flexibility to add and remove these blocks in the future. Another nice custom feature is the pop-up lightbox contact form. I designed the logo as well.

Nick McCallion, President of the TeleSource Center in Bend, needed an upgrade from his standard .html website to something he could manage and grow himself. He chose a theme he liked and we worked together to make sure everything from the old site was moved over and given a fresh coat of paint. Highlights included an updated logo to match the site's graphics, and implementing a plugin to ensure that the many valuable back-links pointing to the old .html URLs remained active and valid.

TahoeKeysCafe is a re-build on a previous standard HTML page I had built for them years ago. They wanted modern features and the ability to edit the site, so we went with Wordpress as a CMS. It turned out to be just what they needed with great features like an interactive Google map on the front page, a front page showcase slideshow, lightboxed gallery, blog page and more. Blog posts automatically post on their Twitter and Facebook accounts!
